Position:
Kellton Inc. is looking for a full time IT BDM / Account Manager for developing, maintaining, and growing our IT practice. The Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating new customer opportunities via marketing and prospecting efforts in order to help to grow Kellton Inc. customer and revenue base. This includes establishing both near- and longer- term plans in conjunction with the management team in order to achieve the company's goals while creating a strong value based brand within client base and focus industry markets.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business by prospecting, executing marketing campaigns, and following up on business leads from internal and external sources
Effectively communicate and present the full range of our services, and how our services can benefit the client via Cold Calling, prospecting etc.
Meet and exceed company's staffing targets. Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new customers and selling through strategic partners.
Update and maintain client (existing and prospects) and consultant database in Kellton Tech sanctioned sales and administration tools.
Develop account-marketing strategies/performs other duties as assigned
Understanding the Client Requirements thoroughly and work hand in hand with the recruitment team to fulfill them.
Negotiate/coordinate contract rates with clients/ consultants, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
Required Experience:
Must have a proven track record of direct sales experience with Information Technologies clients
Over 6 - 8 years of experience in IT staffing sales
Solid experience in selling IT staffing services and able to do bench sales as well
Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services.
Ideal candidate is someone who has done an annual business of at least 2 Million USD.
Expertise in account management / relationship management/account penetration.
Proven track record of account base development and quota attainment
Must be highly-motivated and able to work independently
Must be a proven *hunter* and be focused on attaining new business
Must be organized and able to manage goals and objectives efficiently
Must have excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
