Graphic Designer/Visual Content Creator (Immediate Requirement)

Overview: We are searching for a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer/Visual Content Creator with a special focus on Email Marketing Design and Execution to join our creative team. This role is ideal for an individual who not only has a keen eye for visually stunning creations but also possesses the expertise to craft compelling designs specifically for email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design Excellence:
• Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, ensuring a high standard of design excellence.
• Create eye-catching visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
• Email Marketing Design and Execution:
• Design visually appealing email campaigns that effectively convey our brand message and engage the audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute end-to-end email campaigns, from design conception to deployment.
• Multimedia Content Creation:
• Work with cross-functional teams to produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative visual solutions for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects, including email campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to seamlessly integrate brand elements into visual content.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with Social Media team, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to bring a cohesive vision to life.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual communication strategies.
• Trend Awareness:
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Infuse fresh and innovative ideas into design concepts to keep our visual presence dynamic and modern.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Content Creator, supported by a diverse and impressive portfolio.

Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

Experience in designing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.

-Ability to translate creative briefs into visually appealing concepts and designs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
