- Hold overall accountability for sales, marketing, and operations across partner bank branches within the region.
- Foster strong relationships with Senior Management at circle, regional, and zonal offices to ensure effective support for branch-level sales teams.
- Strategize and plan business delivery through structured activity management.
- Promote a culture of ethical business practices and act as a change agent by identifying issues and implementing innovative, proactive risk management solutions.
- Drive sales through an optimized product mix to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Manage relationship-building and regular engagement with channel regional heads, branch managers, and leadership teams to support and accelerate sales growth.
- Demonstrate leadership by nurturing teamwork and focusing on people development.
- Ensure consistent business performance through operational effectiveness, control measures, and efficient management of renewal premium collections.
- Maintain strict adherence to IRDA regulations and stay updated with evolving regulatory guidelines/frameworks for life insurance, particularly in the bancassurance domain.

- Scope of Work: Total Employee Count: 900 to1000; RM 2-3; AM - 5; TM- 25; and FLS-200 to 300 (The count will vary depending on the respective zones and manpower budgeting)
- MBA and Graduation/bachelor's degree from a reputed institute in any stream.
- Experience: Preferably 12-18 years of core business management experience including sales and service.
- Preferably having managed business & channel development in a Bank distribution-oriented environment.
- Desired Age: up to 45 years
- Must own a vehicle with a valid license.
- Combine sales leadership, strategic foresight, relationship management, and regulatory expertise.
- Knowledge and experience in insurance & regulatory framework
- Sufficient Experience and understanding of BFSI and preferably the banc assurance model.
- Proven track record in Marketing & Business Development and thorough understanding of Bancassurance business.
- Managing Multi partner channels / stakeholders at an organized level
