We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in providing high-quality rehabilitation care to patients with various physical disabilities. This role involves developing treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with physical disabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients under supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and recovery outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and post-discharge care.
• Participate in case discussions and departmental meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Completion of an internship and relevant training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Basic understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to perform physical assessments and diagnose rehabilitation needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation practices.
