- Overall 15 years of work experience with minimum 2 years as marketing head and at least 5 years of B2B international experience
- Experience in end-to-end marketing stack with exposure to a broader content system
- Experience in brand- and sales-related marketing and ability to measure both performances distinctly.
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing ----Channels - Google ads, Social media, and Email marketing ---- SEO & SEM strategies to optimize online visibility and drive traffic
- Define and execute content strategy in line with SEO and provide engaging content to the target audience
- Social media management - manage brand promotion, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Email marketing - identify target persona and engage in conversation.
- Working knowledge in industry-leading marketing platforms software is a must- For example Zoho, Opentracker, Semrush, Sales IQ, Mail chimp, or similar ones. The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective Team management & leadership skills
- Strong budget and resource management skills
- Allocation and management of budgets to maximize ROI of campaigns and strategies.
- Good at data analysis and data-driven insights to make decisions
- Strong stakeholder reporting and presentation skills
