    Description

    This role is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies to achieve business goals. You will leverage various digital marketing channels like LinkedIn, Google Maps, and outreach programs to generate leads.

    *Responsibilities:*

    *Email Marketing:*

    Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

    Craft compelling email copy, including subject lines, calls to action, and personalized content.

    Utilize email marketing automation tools to segment subscriber lists and trigger targeted email workflows.

    Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and make data-driven optimizations.

    Maintain and grow a healthy email subscriber list through organic and paid acquisition strategies.

    *Lead Generation:*

    Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various digital channels, including LinkedIn, Google Maps, and outreach programs (email, social media).

    Conduct research to identify target audiences and ideal customer profiles.

    Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts) to attract and nurture leads.

    Utilize social selling techniques to build relationships and generate leads on LinkedIn.

    Optimize Google My Business listing to improve local search ranking and attract leads.

    Manage lead nurturing programs to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.

    *Additional Responsibilities:*

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email marketing and lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

    Track and report on campaign performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and value.

    May contribute to the creation of landing pages and other marketing materials.

    *Qualifications:*

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

    Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or email marketing.

    Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign management tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

    Experience with lead generation techniques and social selling on LinkedIn.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
