    Term of Employment: Direct Contract

    Education Qualification: BE/ – Electrical/ Electronics& Communication/ Instrumentation

    No. of years of Relevant Exp. Required:

    BE with Minimum 6 Yrs Experience (4 Years in SteelMelting shop)

    Specialization:

    Steel plant / Steel melting shop.


    •Shouldhave working experience of control and field instrumentation for converters,Transfer car mechanism, Ladle furnaces, Tilting stand, Over head cranes,Continuous casting shop, Slab caster, Bloom caster, Twin hearth furnace.Degasser, De sulphuration plant.


    •Shouldhave the thorough knowledge of Steel melting shop process.


    •Shouldhave hands of experience of resolving critical breakdowns related to Siemensmake S7-PLC, Communication system, Siemens Drives, HMI system.


    •Shouldhave Maintenance process knowledge.


    •Shouldhave a experience of leading a team of more than 50 members.


    •Shouldpossess good communication and presentation skill.


    •Shouldbe able to work as a service provider at customer location, able to manage andconvince customer with proper justification, data and MIS.

    Target Ind.:Steel Industry

    Target Companies:Major steel making Industry – specific to steel melting shop or casthouse of metal Industry.

    Should have handled following systems:

    1)SiemensS7 PLC

    2)SimaticDrives

    3)SCADA– System

    4)Remotecontrol and operation platform

    5)FieldInstrumentation like transmitter, flow, level and temperature measurements.

    6)Profibusand Profinet system
