Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting tests to ensure software products meet quality standards and functional requirements. They will also be responsible for documenting test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or experience to equate it
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus
• Experience with test automation tools is a plus
