    At Shiprocket, we're on a mission to make eCommerce simple, accessible and trustworthy.

    We are looking to hire a Senior Manager who can independently drive the new business initiatives.


    About the role:

    • This is a high impact role based out of Gurgaon and reports to the Business Head.
    • You will identify multiple opportunities for eCommerce entrepreneurs to unlock new growth avenues. Drive research to validate the opportunities and figure out new initiatives.
    • Formulate the action plan, drive execution and take ownership of the outcome.

    Preferred experience:

    • Bachelors / MBA degree with a minimum 3 years of experience.
    • Have spent at least an year while accountable for eCommerce growth. Have run your own D2C startup. or managed growth at one. or worked in growth at a consumer product.
    • Have managed marketing on Meta, Google, X and other platforms in some capacity. Understand the dynamics and economics of digital media buying.
