Job Title: AWS Cloud Support Engineer (0 - to 1 yr)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cloud Support Engineer. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with little to no professional experience but with a passion for cloud computing and a willingness to learn. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing technical support for cloud-based systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting clients with their cloud infrastructure needs. This role offers a supportive environment for growth and development in the exciting field of cloud technology.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients using cloud services, including infrastructure troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for complex technical challenges.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for internal and external use.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Shell-Script, or PowerShell is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant internships, coursework, or projects related to cloud computing.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Exposure on networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
