Job Title: Human Resources Generalist | Remote | High-Earning Potential

We are hiring dynamic and driven Human Resources Generalists to manage large-scale recruitment campaigns across non-IT sectors — including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Support roles — across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently source candidates (no portals for first 3 months)
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
• Manage end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
• Recruit across multiple domains and locations
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance logs
• Collaborate with internal teams for hiring process alignment
