    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sr. Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
    • Knowledge of the IT industry and B2B marketplace will be a plus

    Roles and Responsibilites

    Identify New Sales leads.

    Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle

    Field Sales

    Prospect for new Clients by networking.

    Cold Calling.

    Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

    Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

    Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

    Participate in pricing the solution/service.

    Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

    Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

    Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

    Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

    Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
