    JobOverview:

    We are seeking dedicatedindividuals to join as Paperwork and Liaisoning Executives in thecompany dealing in solar solutions for residential and industrialuse. The successful candidates will be responsible for facilitatingthe approval process for solar projects by coordinating withelectricity department officials preparing client files andensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires strongorganizational skills attention to detail and the ability tocommunicate effectively with clients and governmentauthorities.

    JobResponsibilities

    • Gatherall necessary documents and information for solar project approvalensuring completeness and accuracy of client files.
    • Arrange and attend meetings with electricitydepartment officials to obtain approval for solar projectspresenting project details and facilitating discussions.
    • Coordinate site inspections with JuniorEngineer (JE) and Assistant Engineer (AE) to assess projectfeasibility and compliance with regulations.
    • Communicate with the Executive Engineer tofacilitate the signing of agreements related to solar projectsensuring timely completion of paperwork.
    • Follow up with the electricity departmentssubdivision to ensure timely issuance of the first solarelectricity bill to clients.
    • Identify eligibleclients for solar subsidies prepare subsidy files and liaise withrelevant authorities for approval and disbursement.
    • Provide constant updates to clients on theirsolar application process addressing inquiries promptly.
    • Solicit feedback from clients upon completionof solar projects to assess satisfaction levels and identify areasfor improvement.

    JobRequirements

    • Malecandidates preferred.
    • 01 years of experiencepreferred; however training will be provided.
    • Minimum educational qualification of 10th or12th pass or completion of an ITI program.
    • Valid driving license for a motorbike.
    • Utilize your own bike for commuting todifferent project sites and electricity department offices asrequired.
    • Travel to various locations withinthe electricity departments jurisdiction to assist with siteinspections and project assessments.
    • Goodcommunication skills in the local language and basic proficiency inEnglish.
    • Demonstrate good verbal and writtencommunication skills to effectively interact with team membersclients and electricity department officials.
    • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strongattention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Maintain clear and professional communicationchannels to convey project updates inquiries and requests.
