Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in therole of Principal for our Private Credit division.

This position offers a uniqueopportunity to contribute to our investment strategy and manage a portfolio ofprivate credit investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background incredit analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio management.

The candidateshould have mandatory experience in Structured Finance with AIFs, PrivateCredit Funds or NBFCs in high yield credit.

Job Description:

Responsible for all execution related activities including Credit underwriting, risk analysis, engage with various internal stakeholders including Risk team, finance team and othersOverseeing key diligences i.e.

legal, financial, Valuation, ESG, Commercial & Tech diligencePost investment deal monitoring – coupon collection, monitoring collateral cover, top-ups etc.

as and when it gets triggered in the portfolioMentor and guide a team of 3 Senior analysts in performing day to day activities as mentioned above.

Qualifications:
MBA or CA designation preferred.

Mandatory Experience in Structured Finance with AIFs, Private Credit Funds or NBFCs in high yield creditExperience in handling risk & underwriting function in similar set of buy side firms – Private Credit Funds – domestic & foreign fundsExperience of working with Investment Banking firmsMBA / CA in terms of qualificationPost qualification experience of 8-10 yrsShould have prior experience in having evaluated deals across various sectors especially in high yield space with exposures to multiple products i.e.
