    About the Job

    We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - HNI to join our team in Gurgaon.

    The Holidays business caters to various segments of travelers traveling to every part of the globe, offering dynamic or customized travel and tour packages that allow consumers to create and design their own holiday.

    About the Role

    As a Destination Consultant, you will be responsible for planning holidays for affluent Individuals (High Net Worth Individuals) with an in-depth understanding of destinations and the ability to recommend travel options catering to luxury travel customers.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Advise clients on suitable travel options based on their needs, wants, and capabilities.
    • Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
    • Diagnose clients' specifications and wishes, suggesting suitable travel destinations and itineraries.
    • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat transactions.
    • Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material.
    • Be available for scheduled calls with customers to share details of their travel plan.

    Qualification & Experience:

    Graduation with minimum 2-6 years of experience in Business-facing roles in similar profiles.

    Key Success Factors for the Role:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Deep understanding of destinations.
    • Connections with Tourism Boards to understand destinations and build knowledge.
    • Excellent sales skills and understanding of Luxury Travel segment.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Good Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel) skills.

    Salary: The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
