- To independently manage a primary section of the galley with minimal supervision
- To possess comprehensive knowledge of all sections in both hot and cold kitchens
- To contribute suggestions for improvements to the overall galley team, including identifying training needs and addressing operational issues as they arise
- Knowledge of western/continental cuisine is a must
- Daily electronic food requisitions preparation
- Actioning strict compliance with Public Health Policies and Company Regulations
