    Job Description:

    As Key Account Executives, role is critical in managing key client accounts and driving sales growth in international markets. KRAs include:

    • Account Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position our products.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets set by the export manager. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue from existing accounts.
    • Market Penetration: Identify and target new business opportunities within geographic regions and market segments. Conduct prospecting activities, lead generation, and cold E-mailing & calling to expand the company's customer base.
    • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for the company while meeting customer requirements and expectations.
    • Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient customer support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related communications.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare Quarterly sales reports & conversion rates to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
