    Inside Sales Manager with data engineering / Data Analytics Domain Experience

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced InsideSales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the USA and Canada market, focusingon our data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in sales, particularly within the data engineering or relatedtechnology sectors, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth andbuilding successful sales teams.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute strategic salesplans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the USA and Canadamarket for our data engineering solutions.

    Lead and mentor a team of InsideSales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensuretheir success.

    Manage the entire sales cycle fromprospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.

    Collaborate with marketing, productmanagement, and other cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategiesand product enhancements.

    Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to drivecustomer satisfaction and business growth.

    Monitor market trends, competitoractivities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for productdifferentiation and market expansion.

    Prepare and present sales forecasts,reports, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business,marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    5+ years of experience in sales, witha minimum of 2 years in a sales management or leadership role, preferably inthe data engineering or technology industry.

    Proven track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.

    Strong leadership and coaching skillswith the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.

    Excellent communication, negotiation,and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact withcustomers, executives, and cross-functional teams.

    Strategic thinker with acustomer-centric mindset and a passion for driving customer success andsatisfaction.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and businesspriorities.

    Proficiencyin CRM software (, Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
