    Any Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.6 plus years of experience is Python for data analysis is mandatory.

    Experience of working for a banking domain / projects is an added advantage.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

    As a Python + SQL Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive business decisions and optimize processes.

    Key Technical SkillsDevelop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases and sources.
    Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
    Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data analysis, visualization, and modeling.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
    Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
    Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    Conduct ad-hoc analysis and perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
    Other skills needed for this role.
    Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
    Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
    Proficiency in Python programming for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
    Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.
    Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
