We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Controller with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team.This is a critical role that will contribute directly to the financial discipline and decision-making of the responsibilities:
Lead and manage statutory audit internal audit due diligence process ensure timely accurate month-end year-end closings reconciliations reporting take full ownership banking operations fund flow management payments treasury functions ensure strict adherence statutory regulatory compliance GST TDS PF etc act business partner providing financial insights support strategic decision-making collaborate cross-functional teams smooth financial operations departments contribute preparation presentation accurate MIS reports leadership review implement monitor strong internal controls safeguard company assets accuracy support management financial modeling budgeting forecasting drive process improvements automation initiatives enhance requirements Chartered Accountant CA post-qualification experience strong knowledge audit due diligence compliance finance controls hands-on experience month-end closings reconciliations banking operations proficiency accounting standards taxation statutory compliance excellent analytical problem-solving interpersonal skills ability work independently manage multiple priorities meet deadlines proactively mindset keen eye detail process
