    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial operations of the company and ensuring accurate financial recording and reporting. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
    • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
    • Worked on Tally ERP 9 and Tally prime

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
    • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers
    • Process and monitor invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
    • Assist in the preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecasting
    • Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes
    • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Assist with financial audits and participate in internal control evaluations
    • Provide support in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure financial information is accurate and up to date
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations
