Senior Varicent Consultant - Pune - OpenSymmetry

Description

A Senior Consultant plays a key role in the configuration and troubleshooting of performance management solutions to meet clients' business and technical needs. As the primary technical contact, this individual has full ownership of the relationship between OpenSymmetry and our clients from a technical perspective.

This position involves working directly with our client base within India and the APAC region, supporting and troubleshooting solutions for customers in a live production environment. Additionally, you may work within the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate experience in designing and configuring business requirements into Varicent platform
• Easily navigate complex customer models and provide guidance to customers and OS consultants
• Provide accurate effort hour estimates for defect remediation
• Share expertise with colleagues/team members
• Approach a complex task or problem by breaking it down into its component parts and consider each part in detail, inclusive of identifying upstream and downstream impacts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher/equivalent work experience
• 4+ Years of experience in Varicent tool
• Prior technical consulting experience
• Advanced skillsets in Excel/spreadsheet software
• Experience with SQL
