Job summary
We are looking for a Zoho CRM and Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and be able to automate processes, integrate applications and configure modules.The role is responsible for managing multiple functions across the company including leads sales workflows invoicing reporting and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Configure maintain and optimise Zoho CRM with accurate clean data flow.
- Set up automation rules dashboards reports workflows using blueprint flow forms etc.
- Create manage pipelines for sales marketing funnels track leads from capture qualification deal close set reminders activity logs pipeline hygiene payment reminders accounting checkpoint systems team workflow faster transparent daily weekly dashboards lead flow source performance conversion rates revenue updates suggest improvements based on insights build scalable crm systems fast execution environment full ownership direct exposure growth operations culture values trust accountability speed apply send resume application zoho crm expert show more show less
