    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Executive Support:

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Director.

    Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

    Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and calls.

    Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

    2. **Travel Coordination:**

    Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

    Anticipate travel needs and proactively address any potential issues.

    Ensure all travel arrangements align with the CEO's and Director's preferences and schedules.

    3. **Stationary Management:**

    Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, including stationary, equipment, and other consumables.

    Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and restocking.

    Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring adequate supply levels.

    4. **Personal Deliveries:**

    Handle personal deliveries and errands for the CEO and Director.

    Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with personal matters.

    5. **Communication Liaison:**

    Relay messages, inquiries, and requests to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.

    Uphold a professional and courteous demeanour in all interactions.

    6. **Administrative Support:**

    Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

    Coordinate office events, conferences, and team meetings.

    Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

    **Requirements:**

    Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English, Kannada and any other local languages)

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed (up to 45%).

    Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
