    Overview:

    TheInternational BPO (UK & US Process) position is a vitalrole within our organization responsible for delivering exceptionalcustomer service and sales support to our international clients.The role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction andmaintaining strong business relationships.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Handle incomingcustomer inquiries via phone email andchat
    • Provide prompt and accurate information tocustomers questions and concerns
    • Promote andupsell products or services tocustomers
    • Conduct market research and identifypotential sales opportunities
    • Resolve customercomplaints and issues in a professionalmanner
    • Meet and exceed sales targets andKPIs
    • Collaborate with team members to achieveteam goals
    • Document all customer interactionsand transactions accurately
    • Stay current withproduct knowledge and be able to articulate features and benefitsto customers
    • Adhere to all company policies andprocedures
    • Assist in training new team membersas needed
    • Adapt to different UK and US timezones as per business requirements
    • Handle anyother adhoc tasks asassigned

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Proven experience ina customer service or sales role
    • Excellentcommunication skills in English both verbal andwritten
    • Ability to work in rotating shifts asper UK and US time zones
    • Strong problemsolvingskills and the ability to think on yourfeet
    • Ability to multitask and handle multiplecustomer inquiries simultaneously
    • Goodunderstanding of UK and US culture and businesspractices
    • Proficiency in using CRM software andother relevant tools
    • High school diploma orequivalent; additional certifications are aplus
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaceddynamic environment
    • Detailoriented with strongorganizational skills
    • Positive andcustomerfocused attitude
    • Proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding targets
    • Ability to workwell both independently and as part of ateam
    • Able to adapt to changing priorities andbusiness needs
    • Legal authorization to work inthe UK and/or US asrequired
