Role Summary: 

We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee and coordinate projects related to AI-based products. The role focuses on planning, organizing resources, defining objectives, and ensuring that deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines and quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for aligning team responsibilities, setting clear expectations, and defining success factors that reflect project milestones. The position requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to bridge internal technical teams, and a focus on achieving outcomes without direct involvement in product development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Project Management: Manage AI-driven product and application projects in an agile environment. Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution without direct involvement in development. 
• Scope Definition: Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical objectives. Ensure alignment between product strategy and technical execution. 
• Resource Planning & Allocation: Assess the resources needed for software development, ensuring their optimal utilization. The candidate should be proactive in managing resources effectively and efficiently. 
• Effort & Problem-Solving: Estimate the effort required to complete the project and be able to guide teams technically in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks. 
• Risk & Stakeholder Management: Ensure risks are managed effectively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of project updates. 
• Management Tools Proficiency: Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Excel , Zoho, and others to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure project goals are met. 
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage contracts, assign tasks, and ensure vendors and suppliers meet expected deliverables. 
• Best Practices Implementation: Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution. 
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. Address issues promptly to maintain a "no surprise" environment. 
• Continuous Improvement: Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure fast decision-making and approvals. 

Key Requirements  

Education & Experience: 

• 1–2 years of project management or related professional experience. 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 
• Agile certification preferred. 
• Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 
• Highly resourceful with a proven track record of delivering projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. 

Skills:  

• Strong track record managing cross-functional projects (tech, design, or AI-focused). 
• Experience with tools like Zoho, or equivalent project management platforms. 
• Understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. 
• Bonus: Exposure to technical Skills and worked on AI based projects.

• Drive execution of projects from planning to delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. 
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to align priorities and resolve blockers. 
• Run agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain project documentation. 
• Ensure clear communication across cross functional teams. 
• Balance structure with flexibility to support experimentation and rapid iteration.
