    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Store/Dispatch/SCM/Account Executive . This role will primarily involve store management, dispatch coordination, supply chain management, and accounts handling. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role within the Automotive/Manufacturing industry. This is a full-time position based in Chakan & PCMC Pune Maharashtra.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Strong analytical skills to effectively manage inventory and accounts
    • Proven experience in store management, dispatch coordination, and supply chain management
    • Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
    • Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry is highly preferred
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and organize the store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times
    • Coordinate the dispatch of materials and products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
    • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials
    • Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoice generation and payment follow-ups
    • Monitor and manage all transactions and financial documents related to store activities
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
