• Manage a talented team of software engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement scalable AI algorithms and machine learning models to optimize various aspects of the construction process, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of highquality software solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in AI, real estate technology, and construction industry, and incorporate them into our product development strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and achieve their full potential.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry experts, to drive innovation and expand our market Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 20 years in software development, with significant experience in AI and machine learning.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Deep technical expertise in AI technologies, including neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
