WebDesignerResponsibilities:1.Develop visually engaging and userfriendly websites based on clientrequirements.2. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understand project goals and implementdesign solutions.3. Create wireframesmockups and prototypes to communicate design conceptseffectively.4. Ensure websites areresponsive and optimized for various devices andbrowsers.5. Stay updated on industry trendsand incorporate innovative design elements intoprojects.6. Collaborate with developers toimplement design concepts and troubleshoot any issues that mayarise during development.7. Maintain andupdate existing websites ensuring consistency in design andfunctionality.8. Conduct usability testingto gather feedback and make necessary designadjustments.9. Manage multiple projectssimultaneously adhering to deadlines and projecttimelines.10. Provide design support formarketing materials and other visual assets asneeded.


Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Web Design or a relatedfield.2. Proven experience as a web designerwith a strong portfolio showcasing diverseprojects.3. Proficiency in design tools suchas Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorXD).4. Solid understanding of HTML CSS andresponsive design principles.5. Strongcommunication skills to effectively collaborate with team membersand clients.6. Ability to work independentlyand efficiently manage time andpriorities.7. Knowledge of current webdesign trends UX/UI principles and bestpractices.8. Problemsolving skills toaddress technical challenges during the design and developmentprocess.


PreferredSkills:
1. Experience with frontenddevelopment frameworks (e.g. BootstrapReact).2. Familiarity with contentmanagement systems (e.g. WordPress).3.Animation and motion design skills.4. Basicknowledge of SEO principles.5. Familiaritywith ecommerce design andfunctionality.


Experience:
Minimumof 11.5 years of experience in web design with a track record ofsuccessful projects.
