    Key Responsibilities


    Brand Management :

    • Develop and implement brand strategy in alignment with business objectives.
    • Ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning across all communication channels.
    • Develop communication plans to effectively convey product updates, promotions, and other relevant information.
    • Manage communication channels for maximum impact and Oversee internal and external communications
    • Manage public relations activities to enhance the brand's image and increase positive exposure.

    Social Media / Influencers:

    • Develop and execute social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create and Manage compelling content for various social media platforms.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify the brand's reach and credibility.
    • Explore and establish brand tieups that align with the target audience and brand values.
    • Devise and execute viral marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
    • Capitalize on trends and initiate viral campaigns to maximize brand visibility.

    Consumer Insights:

    • Utilize data to gather insights and make informed decisions for brand strategy.
    • Conduct end user research to understand their needs, preferences, and perceptions. to refine communication strategies.
    • Podcast: Develop and manage podcast content related to the industry and brand.

    Events:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute events to promote the brand , engage with stakeholders, and create memorable brand experiences.
    • Identify relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
    Skill Sets / Requirements

    • Good verbal & written communication skills with a creative mindset
    • Ability to develop insights on end user behavior, Industry trends based on data and research
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
    • High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
    • Indepth knowledge of brand marketing and communication strategies.
