Cryptlex is a SaaS company that provides software licensing, activation, and distribution solutions to businesses and developers worldwide. As we continue to grow rapidly, we need a skilled DevOps and Security Engineer to help scale and secure our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our AWS account and cloud resources for optimal performance
• Administer and maintain RDS PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and security
• Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters used in production to meet increasing demand
• Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and application layers to minimize risk
• Collaborate with third-party auditors to achieve and maintain ISO 27001 compliance and demonstrate adherence to industry standards
• Coordinate GDPR compliance efforts with auditors to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Set up and manage observability using OpenTelemetry (OTEL) and Grafana to provide real-time insights into system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to streamline development and deployment processes
• Work closely with engineering teams on DevSecOps initiatives to promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing these technologies
• Experience with ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance processes, including auditing and remediation
• Familiarity with observability tools like OTEL and Grafana, and the ability to leverage them to drive business outcomes
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Helm), with expertise in designing and implementing automated workflows
• Strong communication skills and experience working in fast-paced SaaS environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
