    Description
    We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, building complex financial models, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes related to M&A transactions.

    This role requires proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and a strong understanding of corporate finance principles.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop comprehensive financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), merger consequences, accretion/ dilution analysis, synergy analysis, and scenario analysis.
    • Perform valuation assessments utilizing various methodologies such as comparable company analysis (CCA), precedent transactions analysis (PTA), and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis.
    • Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports summarizing findings and recommendations for senior leadership and the board of directors.
    • Assist in due diligence by analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research, and identifying key drivers and risks.
    • Monitor and track industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify potential acquisition targets and opportunities for strategic partnerships.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve financial modelling methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    • MBA with 2 years of experience in financial analysis with a strong background in financial modelling and forecasting.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques, with advanced Excel skills and experience using financial modelling software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg).
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
    • Demonstrated quantitative, data analysis and problemsolving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skill
