    Description

    Role and Responsibilities:

    We're in search of a skilled and motivated Technical Content Writer with a solid background in documenting technical intricacies through the art of clear and concise documentation. If you have a passion for transforming complex technical information into easily understandable content, we invite you to bring your expertise to our dynamic and forward-thinking team.

    1. Conduct thorough research, outline, write, and edit new and existing technical content.
    2. Collaborate closely with various teams to comprehend project requirements and deliver high-quality documentation.
    3. Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
    4. Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates adhering to organizational and legal standards.
    5. Ensure templates facilitate easy data migration and align with industry best practices.

    Preferred Skills:

    • 4-8 years of proven experience as a technical writer or in an equivalent role.
    • Knowledge of Structured documentation, DITA, DDLC is a must-have.
    • Proficient with content authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen, and MadCap Flare.
    • Must have familiarity with Confluence.
    • Experience in content management using Adobe Experience Manager is desirable.
    • Familiarity with content governance tools like Acrolinx is an added advantage.
    • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent logical and analytical skills to define documentation for business solutions.
    • Strong process-oriented thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
    • Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple milestones and projects.
