    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the procurement, distribution, and management of medical supplies and equipment within our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless supply chain process that meets the healthcare institution's needs while maintaining cost-efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for Inventory Control

    Responsible for receipt, storage, preservation, and accounting of materials

    Responsibility for dispatch of quarantine FG based on shipment plan.

    Responsible for MRP-based material procurement.

    Ensure Compliance with statutory requirements.

    Responsible for Scrap management through better productivity.

    Sound with principles of Material Management and Inventory Management methods. (ABC, LIFO, FIFO, etc.)

    Strong hold on reconciliation of stock during calendar closures and audits.

    Working knowledge of SAP

    Should be able to forecast inventory level along with production planning ensuring that stocks are available at all given times.

    Good business acumen to understand business cyclic flows to understand production activity to align inventory levels.

    Support with vendor audit and vendor relations, ensuring documentation is in line with QMS and regulatory norms.

    Communicating effectively with suppliers to maintain a strong relationship

    Supporting the initial order planning and acknowledgment process and then keeping the order book aligned with system requirements, efficiently resolving any day-to-day supply issues

    Identifying and resolving potential supply risks, expediting parts where needed to ensure continued supply of parts to our customers

    Communicating effectively with the Operations team to ensure timely receipt of parts and swift resolution of shipping and invoice queries

    Collaborate with the Technical Service Department and external suppliers on Quality issues;

    Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain Analysts, and the Demand Planning Team, identifying issues and performing root cause analysis to improve the system forecast

    Implement supply chain strategies & manage day-to-day supply issues.

    Utilize Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting to optimize inventory investment;

    Meet or exceed Supply Chain Planner Key Performance Indicators;

    Other tasks and duties as assigned.
