Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, including customer information, sales orders, and inventory levels.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and forecasts to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
