    Job Description

    The ETL Developer is a critical role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports using the MS BI stack/Tableau.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and deploy data table structures, forms, reports, and queries to ensure data integrity and meet business requirements.
    • Develop and implement software programs, interfaces, reports, and controls in accordance with best practices.
    • Modify and enhance existing reports and dashboards to meet ongoing operational needs.
    • Analyze data, interpret results, and provide ongoing reports.
    • Manage the data model, data architecture, design & development for availability, upgrades, maintenance, performance, and security of the Database infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with business unit partners to assess reporting needs and solutions.

    Requirements

    • Expert knowledge of MSSQL and NoSQL Server.
    • Experience extracting and manipulating data from relational databases with advanced SQL stored procedures.
    • Experience working with enterprise class BI, ETL, and Reporting tools like SSRS/Tableau/Power BI/SAS BI/SSIS/Informatica/Pentaho.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical, trouble shooting/problem solving, and time management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in an MNC with diverse and geographically dispersed team.
    • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture.
    • Microsoft Database certifications.
