Greetings from Teamware Solutions a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt Ltd Hi connections Teamware iis hiring for Order Management role Location Bangalore Experience years Interview mode face to face Notice period days JD Support Enterprise Deal Desk team for the Americas region and increase the effectiveness and overall productivity of the enterprise deals Works as a liaison between multiple teams across the organization from sales legal product finance teams to enable the right deal for our end customers Structure each and every deal in the right manner to ensure customer needs are met while profitability is restored Provide sales orders to sales for every license or consulting deal using our standard process and templates Obtain evaluate all relevant information collect appropriate data to manage these requests Ensure that for each deal correct products SKU details appropriate legal terms conditions used Maintain price levels while dealing structuring with appropriate discounts maintain overall profitability on every single deal maximize revenue Direct requests with unresolved issues to right teams across organization follow up timely closure Effective communication with sales stakeholders maintaining complete visibility of deal lifecycle keep process transparent Work India Deal Desk Management implement changes necessary business adapt quickly asking questions challenging status quo make current process better Have eye identifying opportunities incremental improvements drive them quickly within business Requirements Graduate masters accounting business finance At least years experience working corporate global company Experience Deal Desk cloud management bid pricing management preferred Knowledge SaaS pricing enterprise deals strategy Ability negotiate enterprise-level contracts solution structuring Good understanding discounts recognition accounting financial statements Great communication skills written fluency language Ability communicate cross-functional geographies timely effectively Good understanding Salesforce software Microsoft suite excel PowerPoint word Good team player sense humor willingness go extra mile support larger team If interested do share cv
