    Detailed Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with various MSC teams marketing teams to generate leads and convert prospects. provide strategic direction and leadership in the banking and FI consulting practice Business execution

    Represent MSC in industry forums, conferences, and seminars.

    Publish articles, whitepapers, or thought leadership pieces on BFSI sector trends and insights.

    Build a strong network within the industry and maintain professional affiliations

    Deliver high-value consulting services, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

    Lead and manage a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.

    Provide mentorship, guidance, quality control, and professional development opportunities for team members.
