Job Role

Interaction with RM and Branches as a Support System

Inquires of RM / Branch and revert with resolution in a TAT.

Provide product information and internal policies guidance.

Training and Development for new Automations

Coordinating with various internal teams or escalating complex matters

to higher authorities beyond TAT.

Provide Exception reports and help ANWR to RM

Overall the RM Support desks at the head office will act as a crucial

support system, ensuring to RM for effectively manage client relationship.

KRA for this JOB :-

Person known to Broking Operations (Stock Market) with experience of 2-3

years

Specially DP / Settlement/EDP

Knowledge of MS office, and well verse with MS Excel

Knowledge and Awareness to use back office software Tech Excel / Class/

LD (Any 1 or 2)

Good in communication, work as coordination between the Head office

Operations team and Business vertical.
