    3. Analyze key performance metrics and implement data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
    4. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective.
    5. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as content creators, designers, and developers, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
    6. Monitor and manage online reputation by promptly addressing customer feedback and inquiries on social media and review platforms.
    7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital landscape.
    8. Take a proactive approach to identify and capitalize on new digital marketing opportunities, platforms, and partnerships.
    9. Stay abreast of changes in digital marketing regulations and compliance standards to ensure our campaigns adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with at least 1 of experience in a similar role.
    • Expertise in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in developing digital marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
