    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our data pipelines, databases, and overall data architecture.

    You will work closely with our Data Scientists, Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data infrastructure meets business needs and supports data-driven decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities :
    • Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance data pipelines and ETL processes using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Python, Scala, Apache Spark, Apache Beam).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data solutions.
    • Implement and manage cloud-based data storage solutions and databases (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure SQL Data Warehouse).
    • Create and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
    • Utilize data integration tools and practices for seamless data flow and transformation across various systems.
    • Ensure data quality, data integrity, and data governance by implementing best practices and standards.
    • Work with the latest technologies and tools to keep our data infrastructure up-to-date and leverage advancements in the data engineering field.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and other technical problems.
    • Document data engineering processes, systems, and solutions for knowledge-sharing and training purposes.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
    • Proficient in programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g. Python, Java, Scala).
    • Strong knowledge of database technologies and querying languages (SQL, NoSQL).
    • Experience with big data processing frameworks (e.g. Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Hadoop).
    • Familiarity with distributed computing and parallel processing.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (e.g. AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow).
    • Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration and workflow management tools (e.g. Apache Airflow, Luigi, Prefect).
    • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
