KeyResponsibilities:

• MIS& BudgetingFunctions:
• Create detailedmonthly MIS reports including P&L and cash flowanalysis
• Develop departmental corporate budgetsand conduct analysis
• Prepare additional reportsand analysis as per managementrequirements
• Update financial data in databasesto ensure accuracy and immediateavailability
• FinancialFunctions:
• Monitor books ofaccounts for SPV companies identifying necessarycorrections
• Prepare presentations for projectinvestors
• Work on investor (loan and equity)workings
• Prepare RERA estimated cost summariesbased on project costs
• Create weeklyreceivables reports and liaise with the Salesteam
• Work on projections for company valuationand businessmodel

KeyRequirements:

• CAInter CA CWA Inter CWA or MBA in Finance with 01 year ofexperience.

KeySkills:

• Stronganalytical skills and reportpresentation
• Excellent expertise in Excelformulas
• Sound understanding of accounting andfinancial reporting principles
