Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Advocate based in Connaught Place.
The Associate Advocate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing case files, and representing clients in court or alternative dispute resolution settings.
The role also involves collaborating with senior advocates, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on legal developments within various practice areas.
QualificationsStrong legal research and analytical skills to effectively interpret laws, regulations, and case precedents.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as contracts, petitions, affidavits, and legal opinions.
Advocacy skills, courtroom experience, and ability to present cases confidently before judicial authorities.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions, written correspondence, and professional presentations.
Sound knowledge of Indian legal systems, with a focus on areas such as criminal law, family disputes, intellectual property, and constitutional matters.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.Law degree from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods and prior experience is a plus.
