Job Title: Business Analyst (BI/Dashboard Projects)

Budget:- 1.1 LPM

Experience Range: 3 to 5 years

Work Location: 100% onsite from the client's Delhi office( Contractual basis)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, and gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for dashboard projects using business intelligence tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as Business Requisition Document (BRD), process models, use cases, and system diagrams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Understand key business processes and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
• Create and implement precise management plans for the project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
• Support the implementation and testing of new systems, features, and processes.
• Assist in training sessions and documentation creation to promote self-service analytics among end-users.
