    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

    ServiceNow Engineering Lead

    to join our team.

    As a hands-on leader, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific client business requirements.

    Your expertise will drive the delivery of custom solutions that seamlessly integrate with other ServiceNow platform solutions.


    Responsibilities:
    Configuration and Customization
    :
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with client needs.
    Solution Delivery
    :
    Lead the development of custom solutions, both out-of-the-box and custom applications, that enhance ServiceNow functionality.
    Best Practices
    :
    Define and implement best practices and standards for ServiceNow development and configuration.
    Quality Assurance
    :
    Ensure the quality, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
    Team Leadership
    :

    Manage and inspire a chapter of 20+ engineersAnalyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs.


    • Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, mobile apps or desktop applications products.
    • Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
    • Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
    • Models and applies software engineering methods and techniques to the design, development, evaluation, integration, qualification and/or support of complex products, tools or technologies in one or more areas of expertise.
    • Often assumes technical and project leadership roles.
    • May function as a consultant or researcher.
    • May manage schedule, quality and technical solution on assigned projects in coordination with project leadership. May overs schedule, quality and technical solution performance of staff.
    You will be successful in this role if you have:


    • Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
    • Specific technical skill requirements include proficiency in demonstrating/performing one or more skills in each technical skill group.
    • Knowledge and experience with software and system engineering lifecycle and tools including requirements development, requirements management, and software sustainment.
    • Knowledge of system and software architecture frameworks.

    Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including configuration, scripting, and integration.

    Certifications

    ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
