We are looking for an innovative, motivated, and proactive individual with a visionary mindset who is interested in advancing their career within a Holistic Organic Company that specializes in producing Natural Cosmetics and Organic Health Foods. Our company is located in Uttarakhand, in a temple village near Almora (Chitai).

The company has been actively involved in manufacturing and sales since 2008, achieving annual revenues exceeding INR 1 crore. Over the past five years, we have expanded our sales channels to include online platforms such as our company website ) and Amazon.

Moving forward, we aim to significantly increase our sales, particularly in the Natural Cosmetic sector, over the next five years. Our infrastructure, supply chain, and staff are well-established and reliable. We are financially stable with no outstanding liabilities.

We are currently seeking a Business Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field, proficient in IT, online marketing, financial management, and accounting.

Considering the rural and holistic nature of our project, a three-month trial period is mandatory before offering full-time employment. During this period, we will provide accommodation, meals, travel expenses, and a stipend.

Upon successful completion of the trial period and mutual agreement, full-time employment will be offered. Specific conditions are open for negotiation and will be mutually agreed upon.
