• Capabilitybuilding of the team across allfacets.
  
• Improvedelivery processes and systems to keep building thebusiness.
  
• Createand launch new business solutions in the SEO and allied spaces byworking closely with the BD team Web team andfounders.
  

Requirements

• 35years of relevant experience of the White Hat SEO process inAgencies.
  
• Musthave led a team of SEOsbefore.
  
• Stronganalytical skills and strategic thinkingability.
  
• Shouldbe able to lead multiple SEO projectssimultaneously.
  
• Shouldhave experience in eCommerce as well as noneCommerceprojects.
  
• SolidSEO skill sets and very results drivenmindset.
  
• Superkeen to grow the business together with thefounders.
  
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills (email phoneetc.).
  
• Shouldbe extremely focused on delivering results forclients.
