    Job Overview

    Absolute App Labs is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, following up on new prospect leads, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve client engagement. You will work closely with the CEO to develop strategies for clients and ensure smooth execution of projects by collaborating with the development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development and SEO to answer technical questions from clients and keep them satisfied.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Management & Client Follow-Ups:
      • Follow up with new prospect leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
      • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and suggesting appropriate services.
      • Schedule calls and meetings with potential clients to discuss their requirements.
    • Client Communication:
      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
      • Respond confidently to technical SEO questions and web development-related queries to keep clients informed and satisfied.
      • Proactively reach out to clients to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Project Execution:
      • Collaborate with the development team to ensure client requests are accurately executed and delivered on time.
      • Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
      • Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
    • Consult with Leadership:
      • Regularly communicate with the CEO to discuss client strategies and obtain direction on next steps.
      • Provide client feedback and insights to improve business offerings and processes.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Address tough client questions about SEO strategies, website optimization, and performance.
      • Stay updated on the latest trends in web development, SEO tools, and digital marketing best practices.
    • Flexible Availability:
      • Be available to take calls during U.S. night hours, as needed, to accommodate clients in different time zones.

    Key Skills and Qualifications

    • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical clients.
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web development technologies, WordPress, Shopify, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging client questions with confidence and professionalism.
    • Project Coordination: Experience in managing client projects and ensuring timely delivery of services.
    • Sales Acumen: Ability to identify client needs and recommend additional services to increase engagement and revenue.

    Preferred Experience

    • 3+ years in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Business Development Manager).
    • Experience working in a web development or digital marketing agency.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems to manage client interactions.
