The Engineer Injection Moulding is a full-time on-site role based in Silvassa. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality standards.
The role involves monitoring and identifying defects in the molding process, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
The Engineer will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, maintain production records, and collaborate with other departments to meet manufacturing objectives effectively.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines and understanding of molding process parameters.Ability to identify, analyze, and address production defects and quality issues.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process optimization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for teamwork across departments.
Familiarity with safety regulations and workplace compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Plastic Engineering or related field preferred.
Prior experience in injection molding manufacturing is highly desirable.
