    Job Role - HR Executive

    Salary - 3.6 LPA to 4.2 LPA (Based upon skills & experience)

    Experience - 2 years

    Mode - Work From Office

    Days - 6 Days/week

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and implementing various HR initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Selection:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks and employment offers.

    2. Onboarding and Orientation:

    • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their respective roles.
    • Provide guidance and support to new employees regarding company policies and procedures.

    3. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Assist in resolving employee conflicts or grievances through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    4. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.
    • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.

    5. Compliance and Legal:

    • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
    • Support HR audits and compliance reviews as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
